Ellen and Bennie Hollis brought a flag flown over the skies of Iraq on a combat mission in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in an F16 aircraft #89-2092 on the 7th day of February 2008 by Major Craig Hollis, LHS Class of 1989, for Lufkin High School's Hall of Honor. There is a picture of Major Hollis giving the "L" sign by his fighter plane.
